About Premier Executive Suites: These suites are on the upper floor of the Coldwell Banker Premier building on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Tenants have 24-hour access to that section of the building and access during business hours (9-5 Mon-Fri, 9-4 Sat, and 1-5 Sun) to the entire building including the break room areas, lobby, and restrooms. No after-hours access to restrooms is available.
